I belong to several newsgroups mostly yahoo based. A daily digest of emails is sent to me once a day for each group. What I receive is formatted (or unformatted depending on your view) text that is really hard to read; imbedded codes, threads are repeated, etc.

Is there anything I can do to get my digests in a more readable file? thanks.

I also belong to several Yahoo groups and see the same problem. I believe this to be caused by users pasting things in a format which yahoo does not interpret well. Fortunately I am a moderator in one of the groups and when the same name continues to use their format, instead of text as the group posting instructions say I delete the post before anyone else gets to not see it.

You may want to try this forum the people here seem to know more about Yahoo than Yahoo does.

Do you have your email set to HTML or Plain Text? That might explain the gobbledygook. The extra headers and repeated threads are just laziness on the part of the posters that get individual emails, and don't bother to delete the extra text.
