Win XP Language setings

Hi,

I need to find out How to change the Language seting for Win XP,
From English to Russian.

I couldn't get that link to work, so here's the process:

1. Go to Control Panel>Date,Time, Regional and Language Options>Add Other Language.

2. Go to the Languages tab and click on the Details button

3. On the Settings tab, click the Add button

4. Make the appropriate selections on the "Default Input Language" drop-down list

5. Click OK

6. You should poke around in the rest of that to make sure you have made all the changes you want to make...number format, keyboard input, etc. Just be sure you've got the settings the way you want them before hitting the final OK to close and apply all the settings.
