My computer has been booting really slow. It loads windows and then just sits there. Any action, like accessing the start menu takes like a minute to register. I checked task manager and no programs were running...under process all I saw running was "services" and it was using 100% of the processor...which didnt make sense because the green light on my computer hadn't blinked for 5 minutes or so. Any ideas?

I dont know if this helps...but usually after the 3rd manual shutdown and restart the problem goes away

I'd see which service is hogging the cpu, determine what it is, and if it's not an essential service try to remove it. It likely is a progrram you've installed that is set to run as a service.
