Help!, help won't start

    Click start, click help and support, get hour glass, goes off, help does not start.

    Oh where, oh where did it go??

    Pete: as usual, you are a life saver. Or more appropos, computer saver. Gee, I like that word, hope I spelled it right.;)

    Anyhow, it was Easy Clean, applied the reg fix, help magically back.

    Glad it was that simple :)

    There is a version 2 of EasyClean on the site, under betas. Some on the Board say it works well, but not on my m/c (XP Pro) for some reason - program crashes. Hence I have no idea if the Help bug is fixed.

    I keep that reg fix on my HD and apply as required!
