The logon & password you are trying is part of the business network's domain and not a local account on the PC. When not on that domain, you usually won't have any luck with trying the account and if it has failed, it will continue to fail.

    Three good options.

    - take it to the business it came from and plug it back into their network. The domain logon should work then and once logged on (if the account has enough rights) you can set a new local account and password that will work when the PC is removed from the domain.

    - get someone to give you the local administrator account name and password. It will have one unless it was being used as a domain controller (so would be running 2000 Server).

    - clean install of the OS.

Note that per the forum rules (Rule #6), no one will offer suggestions for bypassing a password.
