This is what reads on the screen when I am playing the pogo games, and it causes the game to stop! WHAT IS IT?

 

You have a problem with Spic.Vxd or Spci.Vxd. What are the versions of windows and IE you are running?
Google does not have any hits on either spelling of that file.

 

To answer your question concerning "what is IE? "
IE = Internet Explorer
Or are you using another Browser such as Netscape, Opera, Mozilla?
To the others here, Gaile is running 98. I did a Find on my system, and located no VXD file with either Spic or Spci as any part of the name.
What Anti Virus program are you running?
What software do you have running at the time or starting up when windows start?
Check this also, right click on My Computer and select Properties. You will have another window open, click on the tab Device Manager. Does anything have a yellow question mark or exclamation point?
This message can occur if a sound or video driver is corrupted.
