My Yahoo! and Hotmail accounts hacked

This morning I tried to log onto my MSN Messenger acct as I always do. But when I typed in my password, it rejected it. My CAPSLOCK isn't on or anything like that. I went to the site to do the password reset, which requires me to enter my birthday, state, ZIP code, etc. Well I did, but it said my info didn't match eventhough I'd entered it right.

Then I went to my Yahoo! and the exact same thing happened! Also when I checked the public pages for both profiles, they'd been drastically changed from what they were before. Is there any way I can convince Hotmail and Yahoo! that my accounts were hijacked and have them either frozen or deleted? How could this have possibly happened in the first place?

 

I ran the scan and it didn't turn up anything out of the ordinary.
