Iexplore error in <unknown>

Everytime I go to MSN groups message area, I recieve error:
Iexplore has caused an error in <unknown> and will now close. If you continue to experience problems restart your computer. I restart and the same thing happens. I contacted Microsoft and also MSN site and they just tell me to reinstall my Internet explorer. That is the easy way out, but does NOT work. Besides it only happens on a few MSN group pages. I did a alt D on the message and recieved the following, but I do not know where to go from here. could you please help me.

So sorry your post slipped by. Have you managed to solve this one yet? Have you tried running ad-aware. To see if it's spyware related?
