XP is set to put that little icon in my tray that tells when new patches have been put out. It was doing it at first. I declined the last 2 it mentioned because they're linked to OE/IE, which I never use. The problem is the little icon hasn't come back since. I have auto updates enabled and have set it to notify me when new updates are available. I haven't seen the little tray icon since about last Tuesday though. Does this mean there are no new updates or that something's wrong with the updater?

Yes. I check up there once in awhile. Lots of goodies. I never download the drivers though.
