Urgent !! Help!!!

Dear Expert,

After running AVG, it found Trojan Virus. AVG shows

Ttojan horse Backdoor.vb.5.ay is found in file c:\windows\system32\exploreb.exe

But I can't remove it using AVG. How can I do ?

now I had problem to run many my window progroms, such as windows explorer, notepad... AVG..

Such as It always shows ' windows cannot find 'c:\windows\system32\nottepad when I try to run notepad.

Please help me.

Hi

AV software just detects Trojans but as you have found out will not remove them.

You will need to download and run a Trojan scanner / Remover

There is a trial version which will be fully functional and allow you to scan and remove a trojan Anti Trojan
You need to download the trial and install it. Hopefully you will be guided on removing the Trojan.

There are others but this is one is very easy to use. I use TDS-3 from Diamond CS - I have not had to remove any Trojans but it is a very good scanner etc

Think it best you try AT in this situation. HTH

Thanks for the tip. The problem is I can't run any program. It always shows ' window can't find the file... which acturally is there.
