RUNDLL ERROR message

    When starting up I get the following (RUNDLL)
    Error loading C:\Windows\System\NVCpl.dll

    system can't find specified file

    ***********************************************

    I see in the startup menu NVCpl Daemon. I looked in the system dll files and couldn't locate. How can I fix this error?
    Step by step please if possible.

    Completely uninstall your NVidia driver and then install the most recent version.
