Opera Link from Outlook Express

When i click on a link in OE, it does load Opera as wanted but not in the page lilnked to. Opera gives me several choices on load but none of them work for me for that operation

If I leave Opera live, and go back and click again I get to the link.

yes, of course, but it does not come up with the link.

After Opera loads, if I go back to OE and re-click on the link it does come up properly

 

What have you for the various .url file attributes/open ?

I found the problem. I had originally installed it on F: but moved to to E: without a re-install. Some of the files were not being found. Reinstalled and now it's fine
