Okay I also took Ryders suggestion and removed TPP Autoloader
and I am only running Norton Anivirus. I haven't upgraded NAV
    yet.
But intend to soo (this weekend). I will let you all know what if
anything happens then. This change made the CPU run a little
faster but I still have long waits when ever I do anything that
involves the internet (i.e. opening Outlook Express or Outlook,
openinging and surfing the internet. and actual start-up as in
when the windows 98 start-up screen is present it takes a while
ti actually start up) I will let you know what happens after
upgrading the NAV but I am not optimistic.
    Thanks all
    Bill
