I've been all over the eTrust site and I can't find any links to download the newest build of version 6.1 with. Where do I go to get it? They sure don't make version upgrades easy.

Thanks! They need to make it easier to find, like have an upgrades page or something.

The build upgrade did nothing at all. The autodownload scheduler still doesn't work, forcing me to do it manually.

It only works consistently when you reboot. I hardly ever turn mine off so I just check everyday. I used to use scheduled tasks. If you uncheck interactive and manual download it does everything without user input.

When you say I need to reboot for it to work, do you mean I need to reboot right before I'm gonna update? I reboot my machine every night and check for virus updates first thing in the morning.

    Interactive download is disabled.

Ack I'm not on that machine right now. It seems to me I read it in the help file. No you don't have to reboot to check it. I think it kicks in right after the machine boots. I just right click the icon in the system tray and autoupdate most of the time. Sometimes it has already downloaded the update on it's own. But if you want consistency just schedule it. I did it for years on the older version.

I do schedule it. It just never runs when it's scheduled.

Well I moved to the other machine. Do you have it pointed to autodownload.exe in scheduled tasks? Mine checks everyday on its own. I have just gotten in the habit of checking it myself.
