Start up programs in Win95

    I did not know about this program. I knew that msconfig did not work with '95, so this helps.

    You might also take a look at this cute freeware program:
    http://www.mlin.net/StartupCPL.shtml

    I can recommend the STAND-ALONE version. The bigger Control Panel version seemed a little buggy when I tried it.

    The recommended program and link worked well, the system config. utility opens up and I could access the start up folder.
