cannot print e-mails In Outlook

    cannot print e-mails In Windows 98...outlook Express....what's wrong? I right click...press print and nothing happens. It's my daughter that I am trying to help. Her printer Is fine and passed the test.Help!!:confused:

    What happens when you select Print in the right click menu? and not press Print Screen on the keyboard? If I understood the question right. There is a Print icon on the OE toolbar.

    When she opens Outlook Express, what version does it say she has? There is a known bug with Outlook Express 4 that will not allow you to print email messages if you also have Internet Explorer 5 installed.
