    Never had much problem with MS Publisher 97 until now. I keep getting " ASSERT.. File: undialog.cpp Line: 1396 " Abort /Retry/ Ignore.
    There seems no way around it - can anyone help me please ???

    Note that to see the "solution" you'll need to join the site and I'm not sure what's involved in that. But a follow-up question you can see from the page at the link gives a possible source for the error.

    Thanks Newt. I checked out the site but a little apprehensive about joining something that says it's costs, give Visa but doesn't say what the costs are. That guy certainly had the same problem as me though..... maybe he subscribes to this BBS and will post the anwser:p
