search problem in internet explorer

    when i open website www.google.com it's shows can't find server
    and it's become like that http:///? www.google.com
    but every websites working and any website working but when i click on googl it say error and when i also want to search on yahoo same problem page can't find appear so any help me why my brower can't find search pages and also can't load google website any one can help

    All I can figure out from your ongoing sentence is that your Favorites shortcuts are out of whack.

    I have just noticed this type of error on my parents computer.
    They were having a problem accessing any websites. After a little digging, I found that somehow, they had forced a DNS server in their network settings. No one is sure how this got there.

    After I set their DNS settings back to OBTAIN, I was able to get back on the internet, but google will not come up. It appears I can get to all websites but google. Also when I go to Yahoo, I can access the web page, but I can't do any searches without an error coming up.
