Beginning Dump Of Physical Memory

Hi there,

I am running Windows 2k Pro, and when I am working on my computer every so often it comes up with a blue screen and something like this:

beginning dump of physical memory 80461A03 .... at base 80400000

Does anyone know what is causing it to do this and a possible resolve.

Any Ideas on what it is referring too? Any Suggestions.
