This is crazy. All of a sudden I am unable to print an email message from Outlook Express. I geta popup that tells me I have created an error in EPIREP20.Dll. What is this? to make matters worse, I copy the message and paste it in Works and I still can't print. Finally, I reboot, and it prints from works.

Oh yes, I checked and I do have the above DLL file.

    Does anybody have a clue?

It looks like you have an Epson printer, and that file belongs to Epson. I would uninstall/reinstall your printer software.

BINGO!!! Thank you. I downloaded a new driver from Epson and removed the culprit printer, installed the new driver and now I can print email messages. Thanks very much.
