has anyone checked out the link as I have tryed the instructions but not getting very far??rodger

when I goto run then type cmd I get cmd window opens ok
    but it shows C:\Documents and settings\Home user>
    so

Once in here goto root of c: by cd\ type ren winproc.txt winproc.vbs put it into the location of C:/OEM/custtools/windows32/WINPROC.VBS and restart 2 times and problem should be solved.

when I try and type as I read it above it comes back at me again
maybe its me interpreting it wrong?

Patience rodger. It's only been a couple of hours and lots of folks only look on here in the evenings. That usually includes me and for things that need research, evening for sure.
