    Hello supersonick and welcome,

You're going to have to supply more info.

What were you doing when these "crashes" occured? What was running, anything new?

Did you change the system in any way recently, such as settings or MS updates or adding of software or downloads?

Is there anything running on startup that's new and you don't know what it is?

    Regards - Charles

I had the same or similar thing happen to me yesterday. Frozen blue screen. Fatal stop error. Couldn't get out of it. I called Dell, which told me it "didn't really mean anything" and advised me to shut down the machine and reboot. It did, and everything seems to be working properly now.

It was either a mini or a kernel dump. All the info on it is now lost.

Anyway, one thing I noticed after I rebooted was that there was an additonal progrfam entered in the startup list of msconfig. It was something like system root, dump, or something. Today that entry is gone. Go figure.
