Is there a way to scan the contents of .CAB file, that is, "look" for a particular file in CAB file, without having to open the CAB file, and scrolling down through it?

    Thank you

Using Find, put "*.cab" without the quotes in the Named box, put the name of the file in the Containing Text box. It will scan through all the cab files, and find the cab file containing the file.
