    I have both an hp 9100 and a 9300 cd burner installed. How can I designate which one is supposed to be the burner? (my old cd player broke so my son had an extra burner). Right now the 9100 in drive x is designated. I would like to desig 9300 in drive d. thanks!

    I am using version 5.5.10.50. When you open the burning rom program you will see a menu bar. The one that has file, edit, view, recorder and a few others. If you click on recorder then pick choose recorder. That will open and show all the recorders you have installed. Just pick the one you want to use.

    Thanks a lot. Just getting started on Nero. Appreciate your time. One other thing...when I use Nero and I go to play the copied cd, I open My Comp to click on one of the drives to play it in winamp and one or both of the drives (d or x) are gone. I have to reboot to get them back. Any thoughts?
