Whenever I bootup now I get a message saying that Windows has detected a new device and is searching for a driver. But I have not recently installed anything new and it says "device unknown ". I cancel everything and booting is then OK. 'Belarc Advisor' says I have a joystick - which I haven't. How can I put matters right? Any help would be appreciated. All my installed devices work OK:
Modem, sound, graphics, drives, printers, mouse, display etc and Belarc says:
Creative Gameport Joystick (? Haven't got one)
    Creative MultiMedia Interface
    PCI Modem Enumerator
    HID-compliant device
    USB Human Interface Device
    ZoomCam USB
Standard 101/102-Key or Microsoft Natural Keyboard
    USB Root Hub
    David :(

Even if you don't have a joystick, you still have a joystick port. Get out the creative labs CD, and install the port drivers for it.
