Text Filters?

    I can't seem to view those text filters with IE. Things like glow, shadow, blur, alpha, stuff like that. The text just appears like normal and I don't see any of the special stuff on them. On everyone else's computer that I checked with, it seems to work just fine... so what am I missing here?

    Just to add some more info that I should have added earlier...

    I'm using IE6 SP1, the problems are the CSS stuff.
    I tried going to various sites that made use of the CSS junk and none of the special effects show up. As in, I just saw everything as if no CSS was being used or if my browser did not have support. But seeing as how it's IE6 and all, it should have full support of CSS right?
