Have you tried to get a replacement CD from the shop where you
bought it ? - seems to be a bad install.
    regards

According to this site, sporder.dll is a file used by WebHancer, which is foistware and probably installed (incorrectly or incompletely) along with something else. It might come with RealOne since RealOne is packed with spyware.

You can remove WebHancer by downloading, installing, immediately updating and running Spybot and/or AdAware.

Since I've never used RealOne, I don't know if removing its spyware will cause it to cease to function or if WebHancer even came with it in the first place.

The error you're getting is telling you...in the usual, normal-people-aren't-going-to-figure-this-out way...that Windows has instructions to find and load "sporder.dll" when it starts up but sporder isn't there anymore.

So the trick is to find where that instruction is and remove it. Sometimes, that can be quite a trick. ;)

A quote from the site I linked to in my first post: "Andreas M. reports that some Webhancer installations coming along with other programs do not uninstall properly, even causing the Internet connection problems mentioned. The solution is to install the stand-alone version from WebHancer's web site (ugggh), then remove it using Add/Remove Programs. Again, you can also use AD-Aware to safely remove Webhancer. "

I've removed WebHancer successfully through Add/Remove programs so that might be the way to go...download it, reinstall it and then uninstall from Add/Remove in Control Panel. Then run AdAware again to make sure it's all gone.
