OE Fonts horror

We have talked about this before. OE brings up unrequested fonts in compose and also shows Inbox messages with wierd fonts. Settings in the Options tab have no effect - either globally for all EMails or for individual mails. Mostly it tries to use the alphabetically first font in Windows/Fonts. Right click a font gives no syntax option to register it.
Installed Eudora 5.2 to help me from going insane.
After that I find that OE works perfectly ...
I wonder why ?

Found out the reason for this.
It's a long story involving Corel SW and registering fonts.
The combination of these two is pretty rare so I will not elaborate
unless I get a specific request.

Merlin...I don't have Corel or Eudora...I use IE/OE6 and Works...I just started having the same fonts problem two days ago...viewing in OE, composing in OE and viewing on web pages...some fonts on them are strange and hard to read...???
