I am running WIN XP and IE 6.0 with auto updates from the Windows Update site. I have my computer configured for 4 users. IE works fine on all but one account. I receive an error message that says Internet Explorer has encountered a problem and must shutdown. When I try to utilize the Microsoft error messaging, it fails with the same message. Any thoughts on what might be the problem?

Try deleting the account info for this user in OE. Close OE. Open and re-add the account info.

I deleted the account info in OE but still have the same problem.
    Thanks for the suggestion!
