Each time I turn my PC on or rebooting, two languages are automatically been added to the language bar - English (UK) and Czech. After I remove them, they reappear after the next reboot.
I have Windows XP SP1 with all the updated fixes from Windows Update.

Go to control panel-keyboard and correct the input locals.

I remove the 2 unwanted languages from Regional and Language Options -> Languages -> Text services and input languages -> Details. There, from Installed Services I remove the languages, and I remain with Hebrew, English US and Russian. Each time after rebooting I have the Czech and English UK languages again.

As confusing as XP can be in plain English, I shudder to think what Russian errors and prompts look like!! :D
