OE Slowdown

    After installing IE6 Service Pack 1, downloading my e-mail in Outlook Express is incredibly slow. I have a DSL connection, and Internet speed is not affected. Has anyone else noticed this? I am running W98SE, with all critical patches applied.

    If I did disable it, it was not intentional (though I don't believe I use it). How can I tell?
