to reinstall ie6 in win xp:-

    start > run then write:-

    rundll32.exe setupapi,InstallHinfSection DefaultInstall 132 C:\windows\inf\ie.inf

where "c:\windows" is your windows directory. you will need windows xp cd.

is there anybody can solve my problem?!!!!!

Here is more. This is everything I have. Hopefully one of them will fix it.
Note: Before proceeding, ensure that your Microsoft Windows XP CD-ROM is available.
    type sfc /scannow

Using the right-hand mouse button, select the ie.inf file and choose Install from the drop-down menu that appears.
Restart the computer when the computer finishes copying files. It is in hidden files

    from the cmd
    rundll32.exe setupapi,InstallHinfSection DefaultInstall 132 %windir%\Inf\ie.inf

    Can't get to secure sites
go to START -> RUN -> type
    regsvr32 c:\windows\system32\wintrust.dll
Also make sure your time is correct on your computer.

    regsvr32 Urlmon.dll

    regsvr32 Shdocvw.dll

regsvr32 Shell32.dll (only applicable to Windows ME, Windows 2000 and XP - if using an earlier operating system, run regsvr32 shdoc401.dll)

    regsvr32 Oleaut32.dll
    regsvr32 Actxprxy.dll
    regsvr32 Mshtml.dll
