Low level format ( all zero's)

    I have a 20 g Hitachi hard drive that was damaged and had its Master Boot Record destroyed. I have recovered the data and want to do a low level format to fix the drive. Is there a software that will do this? The maker does not seem to have any.

    FDISK could not fix it.
