Can't Download Critical Updates

I have been trying to download the two latest Critical Updates
822925 and 823718 from
http://v4.windowsupdate.microsoft.com/en/default.asp

They won't download on either of my computers.
I get: "The following items failed to install. To try installing them again, click Review and install updates, and then click Install Now again. "

I've never had any problems downloading Critical Updates before.

Any thoughts would be appreciated.

Download them to your desktop and install them in Safe Mode.

 

Has to be a problem with the Microsoft site.
I just talked to my sister in another town and
she can't download updates from the site either.

Anyone else having this problem?

How can you download Critical Updates to the desktop.
I didn't know that was an option.

To download the updates, click the Personalize link in the left column on the page. Then check the box that appears in the right pane to show the Windows Catalog. Save the settings and you will see the Catalog option on the left. Click that, follow the links, choose a download location and you can save the updates.

Me and my sister were able to download and install them
today with no problem.
