when converting .ogg or .wma to .mp3's, will the newly converted mp3's become normal mp3's or do they become an inferior mp3 quality ?

    Thanks

You will gain inferior quality. When you take a cd and copy it to .ogg, .mp3, .wma, etc...it throws away information, trying to preserve as much sound as possible. But when you convert to another format such as wma, you will be throwing away more data from a source that has already had a lot of it's information thrown away. If you want to use wma or ogg, please do so from the original cd.

thank you for your information. Actually, what i am asking is i have some .ogg and .wma and i would like to convert them to .mp3.

Now what i am asking is this, the mp3 which i will get from the .ogg and .wma during the conversion will it be a normal mp3, or it will be inferior to a normal mp3 too ?

    Thank you
