Whenever I click Send/Receive I get this message:
An Outlook Express store file may be damaged. Please use a utility such as ScanDisk to verify and repair any damaged files. Account: 'kingb123@comcast.net', Server: 'mail.comcast.net', Protocol: POP3, Port: 110, Secure(SSL): No, Error Number: 0x800C0155

How can I fix this (Scandisk doesn't work)?

kingb123--Is this something new? Did you install some program/hardware just before the problem started?
ScanDisk does not work? How are you trying to access it? Is this something new? Did this happen at the same time as the OE problem?
Tell us what versions of Windows and IE/OE you are using.
What is the Store Folder your OE is using? OE Tools|Options|Maintenance tab|Store Folder.
You are paying Comcast for service. Call them.

That's pretty strange. I just got this exact same error message today. Ran scandisk and it repaired the problem. Why won't scandisk run?

I didn't install anything new- it just came up. Also, ScanDisk hasn't worked for a while. Whenever I run it it never gets any progress and just freezes after ~6 hours. HELP!!!!

Try ending all tasks on the taskbar, lower right hand side. Then do a control/alt/delete, and end all tasks but explorer and sytray. Then run scandisk. Keep us posted.
