    Hello,

I remember an old DOS program called Slice, which was useful in copying files whose size was > 1.44MB from PC to PC. The program would cut the file into 1.44MB chunks, and you could copy it without any problems.

Does anyone know of anything which I can use now for Win98 (or any version, for that matter) so I can copy files using floppy disks only?

    Thanks in advance.

the best program i've used so far is Winace, because although it is a file-compression utility, it also let you split a files into chunks.

However, lately, i've bought a usb flash drive (which is not so expensive) and it's capacity storage ranges from 64MB up to 2GHz. Moreover, it's must faster than floppies and very small/light in size.

This USB PenDrive thing is something I'm currently looking at, and so far the Sony PenDrives seem the best.

128MB or 256MB are worth a look, and not too expensive.
