That could be a sign of a failing power supply.

It may also be an overheating problem. Have you ever opened the computer to clean the fans? Unplug everything and touch a metal part of the case to ground yourself. Open the computer and see if it is full of dust. If it is buy a can of air and clean it out. While you have the case apart boot the computer up. Don't touch anything but look and see if all of the fans are working. If your cpu is overheating it can cause problems like spontaneously rebooting.

    Thanks

Thanks Sunny for your quick response. My computer was just cleaned. HOWEVER, I bet you hit it right on the head, POWER SUPPLY. I certainly will have it checked out.:D

Your welcome. Power Supplies are usually not expensive and relatively easy to install.
