Multiple Windows Open Priority

Using IE6 and when I open more than one window, I like to be working on one while another one or two are loading in the background (slow 56K connection). Anyway, how can I stop IE from reverting to one or another window (as opposed to the one I'm on)? I'd rather the other windows stay minimized, but they pop to the front and maximize once completely "downloaded." How can I stop it from doing that?

Here's my solution:

>Download and install TweakUI.
>Open TweakUI. And, click the 'General' tab.
>Place a check mark in "Prevent applications from stealing focus. "
