bootdisk at microsoft windows98 start menu

    how do i install so i can get parkard bell windows98 back on it and working im on my dell now,i cant get cd dirve on i have cdrom recovery cd but cd not working i tried a:\cd c:\windows\options\cabs it say not ready reading drive e help!

    Did you check your email? I sent you one from Packard Bell, designed by them to start your computer and run the CD for you.
