virus popping out

    was just wondering why sometimes virus like deloader always popups while chatting in irc? i wasnt surfing the net, only a mIRC chat client. my pc was fixed of adwares, trojans and registry keys fixed last 2 weeks. the last time the virus alert was last night, but the infected NetService.exe was killed by NAV instantly.
