Is there a browser or other program that operates like a screen capture, but, instead of capturing the screen, captures the entire decoded web page and saves it as an image file?

I want to use this to save forum (not this forum) pages before they are edited by moderators! Also, it seems that forum moderators should use something like this to preserve evidence of posters' wrong doings.

    Hi aruzinsky

I have not used these programs, found them via Google... ScreenPrint . On the Feature page, see "13 Image Capture Methods paragraph ". Take notice of the "SuperScroll option ".........
"SuperScroll captures or prints the entire contents of Web pages that scroll off the edge of your screen...... "
Also check out CaptureEze Pro. The following quote ... "Captures anything on the Windows desktop including entire Scrolling Internet Pages.

Thank you Dennis L. Unfortunately, these programs have numerous other features which I have no interest in, but jack up the price. Every browser is already capable of printing the entire web page, so how hard should it be to write the program so that it can "print" to a file that can be subsequently opened with the browser or an image editor? I was hoping to find freeware that does this.

aruzinsky --Try File|Save As|on "Save as type" line, click down arrow and choose Web Archive, single file (.mht)|Save.
When you click on a .mht file, it should open in Internet Explorer and have all the properties of the original, including scrolling.

Thank you, welshjim. I tested it on a web page with many image links and it seemed to work fine.
