Hard hang -help!

    Mike , Is there anything to worry about with the
    "rundll32.exe- etc." - message - The File "IEXPLORE.EXE" on Windows XP Home Edition Service Pack 1 CD is needed.
    Tried several times to find it using Win XP CD which came with PC but kept receiving message "cannot find ---etc." This CD includes Service Pack 1. "
    It may be that I went about finding it on th disk incorrectly? Should I do anything more?
