MSN Messenger 6.0 Script Error

The new Messenger 6.0 has a flaw. Every time you receive an instant message or try to send a message, an error window pops up and says that there is a Script Error re. img.Tax. I verified that at least 6 others in the room were having the same problem. No commonality except all used MSN 6.0. It is a real pain in the .... I'd be interested to learn how many others had the same problem. Is Microsoft doing anything? After you answer yes to whether you want to keep running with the script error, everything works OK till you send a new message to a new person or receive one from a different person. Another Script Error message pops up and you have to say yes before you are allowed to continue.

 

I have MSN Messenger 6.0 installed. And, have had no problems whatsoever.

No problems here either, could it be a networking issue?

 

MSN 6 uses IE for someof its functionality. Try disabling script debugging.

 

Like many other PC problems, it fixed itself.
