Hi All, don't think me crazy, but i am looking for an old TV isa card that will work with my old 486. i need this because I would like hook up my old commodore 128 to the card rather than hooking it up to my TV. does anyone know where i might be able to find one I already checked Ebay, and couldn't find much.

    thanks
    Brad

    Hi B

Think(?) I can see what you are trying to do.

Have you investigated using emulators and ROM's? Apparently these are quite legal as long as you own the games. The makers of these old machines understand that people still want to play the games, but can't find suitable hardware to do it. By running an emulator you can play them on Windows based computers.

The way I read your question you are looking for a card that will do "TV In ", anything I've seen on cards refer to "TV Out" (although I don't know much about "TV" cards).

You should be able to find forums on the Commodore, apparently there are heaps of enthusiasts around.

(Don't forget: you will need at least 128 kilobytes of memory to run those games!):D

actaully i have quite a few roms, but i just enjoy booting up the old commodore just for the hell of it. also, if you know where i can get it, i have had problem trying to create a rom from the original geos os for the commodore.

thanks for taking time to answer.
