I have to admit IE 5 is better than IE6. IMO. Now, when I visit sites (like this one) I get the IE
error message and get bounced out. You know, the one that asked you to send the report or not.
How can I uninstall IE6 and reload IE5 without ******** up

Maybe you had a botched install, I have uninstalled IE6 through the Add/Remove programs...My computer then automatically converted back to IE5 (my OS is Win98se). After you do that, maybe you can try to clean up your Registry with a program called RegSeeker...I believe you will find it in the BBS forum "other software ", look for the title: "A Jewell Of A Keeper ". ( Be sure to read the posts on it ). Then, maybe you can try to reinstall IE6 again.

The title in "Other Software" was, "A Must Have Jewell, A Real keeper ".
