start menu line-up

    I have just purchased a new machine with Windows XP Pro on it and I have tried to figure out where to rearrange/customize my star menu as W98 allowed. I would like to group all my installed graphic programs into a folder called graphics on the menu and the same with my other programs each to its own catergory...

    Make a new folder.

    Then Drag-N-Drop just like 98SE.

    At least that worked for me.
