access is denied error

I just run a spyware program that comcast advise me to try.Now when I sign on to my computer I get this C:\Windows\System32\msiefr40.dll access is denied error.Has anyone experience this error and can help me fix it.

You don't need to find the problem. Arie did it for you.

The link he gave you takes you to a page with directions for fixing your problem.

Toward the bottom is a specific instruction for unregistering/getting rid of msiefr40.dll. It's part of the parasite they are talking about and apparently was not completely dealt with by the spyware removal app you used. But you should pay attention to all the page contents and do the steps in the order listed.

 

Thanks I got it this time.When I clicked on the link Arie give methe first time it was taking me to a different site.I tried it again and got the page Arie give me .I will work on it tonight .Thanks again....
