Zone Alarm/Mcafee conflict?

    I just got my new Dell, y'all, and it comes with 90 days of Mcafee. I already paid for ZA Pro but due to my old machine being fatally infected I was never able to download the Pro version. I should be able to safely download ZA Pro and save it and then uninstall the Mcafee before installing the ZA shouldn't I? Just want to be sure before I ***** this nice new machine up.:D

    Your not specifying McAffee's function. Is it the AV, or the firewall as well? If Firewall, yes, one or the other.
