Okay, this one is driving me crazy. My wife wants to view a video at home but it will not show. We keep getting the message that the video is no longer available. Yet, she can go to work and pull the video up without a problem. Both systems are running XP. The crazy thing is that she can view other videos from this member at home, just not this certain one. I would try to find setting to change, but if I can view others, what's the point? It obviously works. Here is the link for the video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kudMdl5Czh8
I'm lost on what to do to get this to run on my system. Any suggestions? Thanks!

Have you tried clearing the cache?

Yes, I did. I cleared the cache, temps files, and all my usual weekly cleanup. I installed SP3 tonight, so I wanted to do that before installing. I tried the video both before and after cleanup and update. No luck.

    HI Mike

I get the same results per "Were sorry, video is no longer available" when following your link.
I'm suspicious the file is no longer available for download and your wife is viewing the file via cache on her work computer. If this is a file you would like to keep, have her check in her Internet Temp. files and copy / save it to a different location.

I clicked the link and was able to view the file. I would assume the file is still available. I can't imagine why you wouldn't be able to view it though.

    Whiskeyman and Dennis,

Thanks for the suggestions. I will go through the Help section and then try the Temp files. I may actually have time to do that tonight. I'll let you know how that works out.

    kRuger,

This is why it's bugging me. It should work and does for others, just not our home system. Hopefully, I'll find an answer tonight.

    Success!

It seems that it is a cookie problem. Once I removed all YouTube cookies, the video played. If the cookies are there, no video. I'm sure it's one of the 5 cookies from the site, but I haven't gone through all of them to test it. I just set the cookies for that site to expire after the session and that seems to help. Still seems strange that it only affects this video, but I guess the main thing is that my wife can view it at home now. Thanks for all the suggestions!

    Mike
